👀 Coming up: Agent Mode

One of our most common feature requests is for the ability for acts to delegate access to their account to their management or agent. While we never make promises about if or when we’ll release features, we wanted to share that we hear you, and we’ll be working on this feature next! If you have any specific use cases that you’d like us to think about, then please do let us know!

🎶 Just released: Playlists!

Before, if you wanted to use Confirmed to play your pre-show music and act walk-on music, you’d need to be a subscriber to Showtime, our show running software, which is able to control your sound, lighting, information screens and more.

Now, for an additional fee of £15/month ($19USD, $29AUD, €18EUR), you can choose to add Playlists to your account. It allows you to upload an unlimited number of MP3s to play pre-show playlists, pre-show announcements, and walk-on stingers.

The feature is still in Beta, so please reach out to us if you’d like to add it to your account.

📊 Show stats

If you use Confirmed to keep track of ticket sales or fees that you owe your acts (Pro feature), then you’re now able to see the stats at a glance at the bottom of your screen.

📩 Improvements to accepted offers

Before, if you sent an act an offer, once they had accepted it then the link didn’t display any useful information, leading to confusion.

Now, we helpfully display the information that appeared in that offer to the act, as well as other useful contextual information about their spots.

We know that lots of acts enjoy the convenience of the https://confirmed.show/my-shows page, and we will continue to make improvements to make sure that acts are able to see manage their spots with you with minimal back and forth with your production.

🏃‍♂️ Showrunner role

If you have a Pro subscription or above, you may add other team members to your account. Especially useful for when you are using the timer or newly-released Playlist feature, the Showrunner role can see all the shows, and see the participant details, but are not able to see sensitive information such as fees and production notes.

We hope that this role is useful for when you have a production device such as as an in-situ Chromebook that you don’t want to reveal too much information to your occasional staff.
